Simple baking at home :)

HOW TO BAKE AT HOME
1. Prepare with the ingredients needed which are Milk, Butter, Flour and Sugar
2. Put around 3 cups (420 g) of flour in a large bowl
3. Add around 2~3 spoons of sugar
4. Cut the butter (120 g) into several pieces
5. Put the cut butter pieces on the bowl together with the flour
6.  Rub the butter and the flour together (I prefer using hands)
7. It will look like the photo after procedure 6 done
8. Pour in the milk (around 1~1.5 cups)
9. Make sure to add the milk according to the amount of the flour
10. Stir with knife (MAKE SURE TO USE KNIFE AND DON'T STIR TOO MUCH)
11. Pour a little milk while you flatten the flour on the tray
12.  Cut into sections and brush with milk (I did it in square sides but actually you should do triangles for cones.. When cutting it, you don't need to make it separated because it will automatically be separated into pieces after it is baked).
13. Bake for around 20~25 mins and you're done :D
This is my result of baking scones:

Let me introduce my pet :)

I just want to introduce my pet, her name is Zibi. She came to my family when I was in the 5th grade. My mum's friend left her with us because they had move. I don't really know why she is called Zibi but I like it :) She is white and she understands Korean. I was amazed. Well, one thing that I can't understand is that she likes to get into plastic bags. Any plastic bags. I'm trying to find out the reason why. Another things is that she has different eye colors which are blue and yellow. Do you have a pet too?
